Your team is swimming in under-utilised strengths and perspectives. With group, team and one-to-one interventions, we can create space to gather insight, spot opportunities, and create new frameworks to help your teams use their potential to the fullest.
You don't have a few people who need 'exceptions' in the business. You have a collection of humans who all need a chance to share how they work best, and a business that that will thrive when you do.
There are no quick fixes that suit every human or business. But there are questions and frameworks that can enable everyone. And that is our starting point - identifying the ambitions and areas of exploration and bringing them to the table through rich interventions.
Coaching is simply helping people get insight into their own stuff so they can move forward. I coach one-to-one or with groups of people focused on the same change. We can explore alternative career development, post-diagnosis understanding, self-efficacy, self-advocacy and beyond. Find out more about the coaching experience and my approach.
You know that space between people - the spot the elephant usually sits? That is where potential lives. Rather than operating on assumptions, guesses and worries - we can get clarity, share strengths and build frameworks so everyone is on the same page. I love facilitating conversations that allow teams to build understanding relationships, get creative and find their own way of working.
Person + Environment = Outcome. When individuals are struggling, the solution is in the system as much as it is in them. It has to be a partnership. Distilled Insight sessions are learning opportunities to raise awareness or stimulate thinking around essential topics. I focus on 3 big ideas so it's easy to drink up learning and take it away to apply or discuss.
For more focused learning, we can develop bespoke programmes for neurodivergent individuals, managers and leaders or the wider team. These can include a mix of interventions, including strengths or wellbeing assessments to increase effectiveness, thriving and measurable change (in the areas that matter) within the business.

"Coaching support made it much easier to be focused, realise I could change the way I was working and to prioritise and eventually capitalise on opportunities. I gained clarity and knew exactly where I wanted to be. I was able to not only articulate that to my team, but demonstrate my ideas so people could see the potential. Without Heather’s help, I think I’d have continued to ‘get by’ on a day to day basis, which ultimately would have left me frustrated and unfulfilled in my work.”
"Heather understood that for me, words and very important and I want to be intentional with how I express my emotions and feelings. She helped me focus on the specific words I was using to articulate my career aspirations, frustrations and areas of improvement with my employer and colleagues. Her conversational style and encouragement of making the experience my own was the most valuable to me. I've left our coaching with a clearer picture of what I want and an action plan to work towards. I would highly recommend Heather to others looking for more clarity in their career journey, especially for folks interested in looking at their career from an intersectional lens."
"If you want to be happier, more productive, more insightful, better prepared to face a challenge or adversity, and if you really want to change and are willing to take some risks and be vulnerable at times, coaching is a good way to go.”
